The only constant in life is change.

Of course, a variety of factors affect real estate performance, but somewhat uniquely self-storage demand is also influenced by life transition and personal trauma. Self-storage often plays a role during some of life’s most difficult events: death, divorce, job loss, downsizing. We provide a necessary service people use as they navigate these difficult life transitions. Perhaps this is why self-storage is often described as one of the most recession-resistant asset classes.

At the onset of the 2020 pandemic, we were already providing on-line rentals and smartphone gate access. Operations continued and the self-storage sector enjoyed high growth as a result and during that time.

Now, virtual meetings and operations have become vital, not optional. Technology is not only integral it is critical. We’ve implemented major changes in our:
• Development Process
• Building Design
• Operations & Advertising
• Software Applications

And Change is Good! We see greater efficiencies and even more opportunities as a result.

We still have the same overriding goals and press in to give clients the results they desire by:
• Managing and maintaining physical assets
• Growing revenue streams
• Increasing Net Operating Income

We strive to create spaces for end users to have the experience they deserve, and continually analyze how we can better provide the most efficient work environment for team members to thrive and grow.

But we won’t stay here. We will press on armed with faith and the knowledge that staying informed and preparing for change will never end.
