In December 2020, UPG brokered the acquisition of an existing single-story climate/non-climate facility consisting of 42,325 NRSF facility.

REBRANDING

The facility was re-branded “Storage Landing”.

EXPANSION

 

SOLD!

While in lease-up of its final expansion phase that increased the property’s square footage to 85,613, UPG successfully brokered the sale of Storage Landing to a California-based private REIT, achieving a strong Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for its owner. Eric Kaplan of SSRA procured the buyer.
